We are so excited to get your order on its way! Here is everything you need to know about how Blimp & Co. ships.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard domestic shipping: 5 to 10 business days depending on your location
Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or customs processing for international orders.
Apparel Ships Separately
Little Dreamer Club apparel ships separately from your other Blimp & Co. items and can take up to 14 days to arrive. During holidays, please allow a little extra time. Rest assured your full order is on its way! If something seems off, just reach out to us and we will get it sorted right away.
A Note on the SHOP App
Because your apparel and other items ship in separate packages, you may experience a tracking link error within the SHOP app. We are actively working to get this resolved. In the meantime, if you run into any tracking issues, please reach out to us directly and we will take care of it for you right away.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use that number to follow your package directly through the carrier's website.
International Orders
We ship internationally! Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information. If you need further assistance, contact us at hello@blimpandco.com and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@blimpandco.com and we will try to make changes before the order ships.
