Refund policy

We want every little dreamer (and their grown-ups) to love what they receive from Blimp & Co.. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Physical Products

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at hello@blimpandco.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved and received, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Please note: shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will make it right at no additional cost to you.

Apparel

Little Dreamer Club apparel ships separately and follows the same 14 day return window. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. We are unable to accept returns on final sale apparel items.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us and we will do everything we can to resolve it.

Blimp and Co book
Blimp and Co books are final sale and not eligible for return. 

Experience Box

The Little Dreamer Experience Box is a bundle containing physical and digital items. The physical components are eligible for return under our standard policy. The digital components included in the box are non-refundable once accessed.

Our Little Dreamer Promise

We stand behind every product we make. If your little one’s Blimp plushie or any item ever arrives with a defect or falls apart down the road, just reach out and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund, no time limit, no hassle.
